You can delete your ChatToday.com account and its data at any time, from the website, the ChatToday app, or by email.

Other ways to delete

In the app or on the website: go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account, then confirm.
By email, if you can't sign in: email support@chattoday.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done.

What's deleted and what's kept

Deleting your account is immediate and can't be undone. You're signed out, and your profile, photos, chats, favorites, profile visits, location and notices are removed right away. Your direct chats disappear for the other person too; messages you sent in group chats stay visible to the other members, without your photos. Our moderation team can still see your deleted profiles, photos and direct chats for 30 days, so we can look into reports about your account, after which they're permanently deleted.

Some information is kept after that to prevent repeat abuse, keep accurate records and meet our legal obligations: your email address and sign-in details (signing in again starts you over with a new profile), remaining premium time, email preferences, moderation records, reports involving your account, blocks other members placed on you, referral records, and security and email logs. To have these deleted too, email support@chattoday.com and we'll handle it as required by applicable law.
